Payment Options

Payment is required at the start of each session, and can be paid by insurance, most major credit cards, or e-transfer. A current credit card is required on file prior to booking a session.

Insurance Coverage

Fees may be covered, all or in part, by your health insurance provider, and it is recommended that you contact your provider to ask whether or not your particular plan includes coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist. We are able to direct bill to a number of insurance providers including Alberta Blue Cross and Green Shield.

Tax Deduction

Any amount that is not covered by an extended health care plan may qualify as a medical expense that may be deducted from your income tax.

Missed Appointments and Cancellations

Your appointment time has been reserved for you and/or your child. If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required (48 hours for a gifted assessment). If cancellations are received with less than 24 hours notice (48 hours for a gifted assessment), you will be responsible for paying the hourly rate for that appointment time.
